Questions vendors ask

Does a paid plan improve my rank?

No. The formula weighs reviews, release freshness, review volume, vendor responsiveness and adoption. Payment is not an input.

Which feed formats are supported?

PAD XML first, then PAD JSON 2.0, GitHub repositories and OpenAPI specs. Products without a feed can be suggested by hand.

Why is my import pending review?

Every imported listing starts as pending review. A moderator checks the category and duplicates, then publishes it, usually within one business day.

Do you store the author contacts in my PAD file?

No. Author names, e-mail addresses and phone numbers found in a PAD file are discarded during import and never stored.

Can I cancel a paid plan?

Yes, at any time. Your listing stays published on the free plan and keeps its rank.
