2. Catalog Integrity & Vendor Claims: Software vendors may claim their listings by validating domain ownership. Listings must accurately describe capabilities and licensing. Astroturfing, deceptive claims, and falsified reviews are strictly prohibited and result in immediate delisting.

3. MSR JSON Protocol: The MSR JSON specification authored by Antonio Santos is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC-BY 4.0). Code tools and reference libraries are distributed under the MIT License.

4. Warranties and Liability: The catalog and ranking scores are provided 'as is' based on publicly verifiable evidence and automated metrics. MySoftRank does not endorse specific vendor warranties.
